The first Jakarta Lestari Awards presented by IAI (Indonesian Institute of Architects) Jakarta is consisted of seven categories. The participants came from variety of background and profession, including architects, lecturer, photographer, the society, and also stakeholders that contributed in sustainable development in Jakarta (Jakarta Lestari). AGo Architects won the main award “Young Architect” 2023 for Masjid Jami Al-Hurriyah in South Jakarta.

AGo Architects (Osrithalita Gabriela, Danindra Adrian W, Alifiyah Nabila), won the second place for GBCIdeas competition : Net Zero Healthy Building, with Climate Change Art Centre design that is using 44% less energy with an efficient passive design strategies, able to produce 100% of its electricity needs, and collected 99% of the rainwater while 50% of the water consumption in the building is provided by recycling water.
GBCIdeas “Net Zero Healthy Building” is one of the biggest events in Green Building Council Indonesia in 2021. Consisting the competition of NZH Innovation and Design, with two categories of idea contributors—Student and Professional.
The basic principle of implementing a net zero building is to optimize the design of the building in such a way that it can reduce the need for energy consumption per year as low as possible so that the energy supply can rely entirely on renewable energy systems.
In the context of Indonesia as a tropical wet country, the archipelago does not have too extreme climate differences so that the use of natural ventilation is very suitable with a strategy of maximizing the quality improvement of the microclimate in the site to produce better thermal comfort and better and cleaner outdoor air quality.

Su.Per Micro-home is an alternative solution for the future living. We aimed for a house that is flexible, super compact, self-sufficient, and energy efficient, so the occupants will have maximum freedom to choose where and how they want to live and work. A micro-home that’s adaptable to the ever-changing world and its challenges towards the future. An energy efficient home that is designed to be completely off-grid. A net-zero energy home that generates renewable energy from the sun. This micro-home is also aimed to be a zero-carbon footprint house, made from harvested wood and local materials.
